Incoming bank transfers for companies paying for distribution services and leads

I never wanted to work for someone else or be employed. I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing but it generally served me well…

I started in 2019 with running a lead generation company.

It doubled every year since and I got it to first $2.1m/yr alone with 0 staff.

Then hired a 2-3 people and kept doubling till now generating millions in profit.

Additionally, since then we generated:

$247MClient revenue
300,000+Leads generated
50+Industries worked

…built #1 global lead gen network where our members generated over $247m for themselves

Some members include:

…and started building software and buying companies.

Why am I sharing this?

Firstly: I genuinely think this model is one of the best business models that will grow exponentially over the coming years.

Secondly: We are building platform and tools to help companies and people like you. We need to grow our network and educate people on how this works.

And honestly some people just need little bit of guidance as might not be sure what to do.

Here are the 4 steps you can copy…

  1. 1Business model
  2. 2Scalable niche
  3. 3Get paid
  4. 4Build wealth

1) Pick the right business model that can scale to $100m+, is highly profitable (50%+ net margins) and will grow for years because the market is huge and getting bigger.

First, we need a superior business model that will benefit from AI getting smarter.

You can build the coolest thing in the world with AI.

But if no one knows about it, it doesn’t matter.

So the #1 thing every business will always need — you included — is DISTRIBUTION: a way to reach people.

As Peter Thiel ($36.2B net worth) said:

Peter Thiel
Peter Thiel
Estimated net worth: $36.2B
“Superior sales and distribution by itself can create a monopoly, even with no product differentiation.”

Distribution is getting your or someone else’s product or service in front of people who might buy it.

We call it Distribution-as-a-Service (”DaaS”).

All of the businesses live or die on distribution, and that’s exactly what you sell them.

There are 3 primary ways to make money with this model (click on tabs to see)…

What this is: You bring companies outcome they want (typically leads, calls or sales)

How you get paid: Per outcome, rev share, success fee, base fee + performance payments

Types: AI Lead Generation AI Search & ChatGPT Ads Outbound Sales Content-as-a-Service Media-as-a-Service Sales-as-a-Service

Earning potential: Let’s say company wants home service leads and pay you $50 per lead. Then they buy 3,000 leads per month. That’s $150k/m per buyer in revenue.

3,000leads per month
$50per lead
$150,000monthly revenue
from one buyer

If we look at most people inside our existing private group the biggest guy makes Tyler D. $105m/yr and the average or most typical is closing $22k/m client

Also, this is how we made over $16m+ ourselves with very lean team.

2. Pick a scalable niche

One of the most important decisions you make in business are the industries you sell into.

Here are some rules I follow when picking industry:

  1. 01
    Growing

You want something that will benefit from AI growing, not something AI will fully disrupt or make useless

  2. 02
    Underserved

One of the most powerful things is operating in a business where there is more demand than supply. You want that. But it’s not always a rule.

  3. 03
    Has enough scale

($1bn-$10bn+ total addressable market at minimum) — if your goal is to build large company, the market size has to support it

  4. 04
    Right type of customer

You have to choose the type of customer based on your preferences

    Solopreneurs, SMBs
    • Upside: Large amount of target customers, easy and fast to sell
    • Downside: Higher churn, more emotional
    Transaction succeeded, $5,800.00 USD
    Mid-market, Enterprise
    • Downside: Less companies, longer time to sell
    • Upside: Way more budget and longer retention
    Payment received, $102,656.83

The great thing is that this works in almost any country. So that is maybe oversaturated in the US, might be blue ocean in EU or UK.

3. Get paid first (lock in 1-2 clients)

Once we have a niche, I want you to sell and get paid before you build.

Which means you make money before you spend money.

Biggest mistake I’ve made or see others making is building and setting up everything and then hoping you get sales.

Also, it’s very important to pick a scalable way to get paid that doesn’t depend on how many hours you work.

You ideally want a model where a single client can regularly pay you 50k-150k/m or has a high LTV.

Unscalable

your income is typically tied to hours you work

Scalable ways to get paid

  • Monthly retainer
  • Project fee
  • Pay per deliverable
  • Team markup / Time & materials
  • Hourly or day rate
  • Pay per lead/call/appointment
  • Transaction fees
  • Revenue share
  • Commission
  • Success fee
  • Pay per view/impression
  • Licensing/access fees
  • Sponsorships & ad placements
  • Base fee + performance payments

One we have a scalable way to get paid, there is more that 25 different ways to get customers. Most people typically just use 1 or 2.

4. Use the cashflow from the business to increase your net worth

Now once you are making money, you want to be smart.

As most people when start making money spend in on BS they don’t need just to flex on Instagram.

I am not saying that’s bad but I want to make you wealthy.

I bought Porsche 911 Turbo S with everything in carbon + couple of other cars for my GF and family and I love them, but only after I had millions LIQUID in my bank — and I paid all cars in full in cash.

Porsche 911 Turbo S

Once you have cashflow coming every month here’s what works:

To truly become financially set, your income from passive assets needs to exceed your expenses…

I learned this from a mentor of my who is 25yrs older.

For example let’s say you spend $10,000/month ($120k/yr) on personal and family expenses.

If you have your cash invested in T-bills at 4% annual return, that means you need $3,000,000 invested at that return. Or if in S&P500 which has average historic return of 10.51% then you need only $1,141,770 invested.

$1,141,770Invested
10.51%Annual return
$120,000a year

Once you hit the number you spend getting from truly passive income (hint: RE is not passive) you technically don’t ever have to work again (if that’s the goal)…

…as long as your monthly burn doesn’t exceed what your invested capital returns annually.

Also one you get to the $10m+ net worth, you can access private banking and also lend against your assets — which how most billionaires do it as it’s tax free.

So these are the 4 steps that got me to $16M+ at 27y.o. Now let me answer some other questions you might have…

But before I do that…

Is this something you want to potentially get into?

If yes and you want to see how you can potentially run similar business, fill in the form below.

I’ve learned a lot in the past 7 years.

What sucks is that I had to do most of it on my own.

I just wish I had someone when I was starting, who can shorten my time to success from 7 years to 6 months.

If you have high standards (*requirement — as I want to surround myself with top performers) and want to get $10M+ in liquid net worth — then let’s chat.

How big is this opportunity?

As long as businesses need customers, there will be demand for people who can bring them.

Look at how much money already goes into reaching those customers:

Businesses already have budgets for this. Your opportunity is to give them a reason to spend some of that budget with you.

Does this really work?

Here are some example results of people we helped…

Message from a member reading “Light Work”, with a dashboard showing August 2026 revenue of $1,384,438.00 Message from a member: we just got named the #2 fastest growing marketing and advertising company in America, #32 overall, as a lead gen company Message from a member: 55K close this morning in Washington and Florida Message from a member: $28k pilot closed, second deal of the month — leads and live transfers in AZ Message from a member: 96k closed, AZ, 50 live transfers Message from a member: just sold a $132k test Message from a member: call with a firm tomorrow that spends 8.5 million a month on advertising

+many more

Is this competitive?

You want to offer something businesses will always need (customers) in a way that makes you hard to replace.

If you offer the same service as thousands of other companies, buyers have little reason to choose you beyond price.

Your advantage comes from who you serve, how you charge and how you deliver results.

Marketing Agency

  • $5k/m retainer
  • Sells commodity: paid ads, outbound
  • Guarantee: none, or we work for free BS

Content-as-a-Service

  • $30k, $6k upfront with $1.5k/week installments
  • Sells to high-affluent demographics (doctors, lawyers, etc)
  • Guarantee: 100k views

Even the businesses that bring customers to everyone else (marketing agencies, in an extremely oversaturated market) need DISTRIBUTION themselves. Which makes them your customers too.

What if I don’t have any experience?

I am not going to be here and pretend that if you have IQ of 50 and can’t even create work email you will make millions.

Also if you are going to help others get customers or business you need to have understanding how business works.

But I worked with guys that came from 9-5 and now have 60k/mo clients. But they were coachable and put in work.

Message from a member: by the way, I am doing around $60k in revenue from lead gen per month Message from a member: first client retained after trial batch of leads, $14k for 400 leads

I have existing business, how does this benefit me?

Possibly in 2 ways:

  1. You can setup or buy more distribution for your own business (as it very likely can be making more) — we have the supply side
  2. Or you can expand your offering to grow your cashflow (if your business is stagnant or not growing as it could)

If you’re already rich and doing well, we do one MONTHLY call with other 7 and 8 figure entrepreneurs to share what works and with some we meet in person too.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much initial investment is required to get started?

You will collect the client budget upfront.
So essentially it can be started from $0. That’s what I did.
Your time investment will be required.
Also, access to my private group is paid.

How long does it take to land the first client?

If you run ads to get booked calls, it should take less than a week.
If you do outbound or other methods, it can take up to 2-3 weeks.
I’ll show you what works best.

How much revenue can I generate per client?

Our biggest partner is paying us between $120k-$200k per month for 4+ years in a row. It initially started at around $17k/m so it grew over time.

It all depends in which vertical are you in and what type of buyers you work with.
You can work with 20 buyers that will pay you $3k each per month or 1 that will pay you $60k a month.

If this works so well why are you not scaling it yourself?

We are scaling it ourselves with a very lean team.

But we are also building platform where we bring more businesses wanting to buy leads/distribution so we need to grow our network, which benefits you.
